  2. Check medical insurance
    
• With insurance, run eligibility and ensure you will be covered

    • With NO insurance, will apply you to our patient assistance programs

  3. Contacted by LVC staff to schedule in-clinic appt and confirm info

  4. During your appointment:

    • Complete consult with Dr. Chris

    • Will be drawn blood for a full STD panel
    
• You receive meds at pharmacy of choice

  5. Follow-ups are every 2-3 months

 

the tele-PrEP experience with LVC

  1. Complete BOTH intake and registration forms

  3. Contacted by LVC staff to schedule over-the-phone appt and confirm info

  4. Receives phone consult from Dr. Chris

  5. Will be mailed an in-home STD testing kit OR sent to a nearby Quest Diagnostic

  6. You receive meds at pharmacy of choice

  7. Follow-ups are every 2-3 months

We have happily partnered with Molecular Testing Labs to ensure that not being able to visit our clinic in person is not an obstacle. These kits come with super simple instructions to follow and the ability to test at the comfort of your own home!
